.I was born in Ventura in 1955 and haven't strayed too far since. Upon graduation from Ventura High School in 1974 I attended Ventura College for 2 years and thought I was ready to take on the world. ( This means that I finally went back to College much later in life.)

I married my High School Sweetheart, Janet, in 1980 and we have enjoyed all the years that have followed. We have 2 fantastic Son's. Michael is 24 and Wes is 22.

I received my Ordination from American Fellowship Church in 1984. Several years later I joined the staff at Community Presbyterian Church in Ventura, serving as both paid and un-paid staff for the next 9 years. My ministry was as a Youth Pastor to the High Schooler's.

Currently, I continue my work with High School Student's with The Ventura Unified School District. My passion is woking with "at-risk " High School age Student's and I wouldn't trade what I do for the world. My schedule allows me to stay very active in my ministry.
